One of my favorite moments is undeniably BTS-related. As an ARMY, what else could you expect? When this particular event happened, I was overwhelmed with joy and excitement. Not literally, but if I had crossed over to the other side, it would have been euphoric—just ask anyone who’s had a near-death experience.

Back to my favorite moment: it happened during the BTS Permission To Dance (PTD) concert in Las Vegas. First of all, BTS concerts are out-of-this-world amazing! They are filled with love, excitement, and euphoria. Many fans come prepared with giveaways like photo cards, candies, or little trinkets, all celebrating BTS.

BTS concerts are also like music festivals, often featuring booths for BTS merchandise, exhibits, and photo ops. For PTD Las Vegas, the exhibits and fun activities were spread all over the Strip, not just at the concert venue. My friend from San Diego and I spent the entire day exploring these exhibits and other BTS-related events. We attended all the concert dates during PTD Las Vegas because one concert date is never enough for an ARMY.

For the last concert date, we originally had tickets in the 200s section. However, my friend was determined to get us closer to the stage. Miraculously, she managed to snag club tickets! These were at eye level to the stage, in the 100s section, and dead center. I was elated! We sold our original tickets and arrived at the venue early to line up for the club. The club offered open seating, unlimited food and non-alcoholic drinks, and its own bathrooms—a fantastic deal!

I am forever grateful for the time I spent with my San Diego friend because those club tickets were amazing. When BTS performed “Telepathy,” they rode around the stadium floor to get closer to the fans. I got a close-up look at BTS members, especially V and Jimin, who rode along with Jin on a giant cart, waving to the fans. Jimin was so close that I could have touched him, but I chose to capture the moment on video instead. Everyone was screaming with excitement, our hearts exploding with happiness. The women in my section were beyond elated, screamed in joy and ascended.

BTS gave us the best night of our lives. It was an unforgettable night to remember. Whenever I hear the song “Telepathy,” I am transported back to that incredible evening when I could almost touch BTS. I am forever grateful to my ARMY friend who made this experience possible.
