What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

Going to bed is one of my favorite rituals, a nightly adventure to what I fondly call “Club Duvet.”
Each night, a little after 10 PM, I kick off my routine with a refreshing shower that washes away the day’s stress. Wrapped in my coziest pajamas, I turn on my Mikrokosmos mood lamp, a delightful gift from Jungkook, which bathes the room in a calming, nebulous, magical glow. I get mesmerized by the changing lights on my bedroom ceiling, feeling as if I’m under a canopy of twinkling stars in the galaxy. With the lights dimmed, I dive under the covers, enveloped in the soft, velvet darkness.
Once nestled in bed, I start my descent into dreamland. As I drift deeper into sleep, I transition into REM mode, where my dreams take center stage. They swirl and unfold, taking me on all sorts of adventures.
After 7 to 8 hours of blissful rest, my virtual assistant gently wakes me at 5 AM, ready to kick-start a brand new day. Occasionally, nature decides to interrupt with a rude awakening, but for the most part, my transition from sleep to wakefulness is seamless and serene.
Once I’m up, it’s back to the shower to fully wake myself up and get ready for the day ahead. This simple and sweet routine sets the perfect tone for a productive and energized morning.
