This milestone is celebrated by ARMY worldwide through various fan-organized events, particularly online activities coordinated by their company. On this special day, fans receive gifts from BTS, which can include new photos of the group or individual members, songs, concerts, live streams, and other exciting online events.

This year is particularly noteworthy as it marks Jin’s discharge from the military. In celebration, Jin organized a free hug event for 1,000 lucky ARMYs selected through a raffle draw. Immediately after his discharge, Jin went online to update fans, demonstrating his eagerness to reconnect with ARMY. On the second day of his discharge, he held a fan event, delighting about one million fans with his songs and dances, both online and at the venue.
